Small Intimate Stress Reduction / Yoga Classes
8 Weeks Program
Adult: $15 per class
Youth: $12 per class

Tuesdays 12:00noon-1:00pm
Thursdays 12:00noon-1:00pm
- Yoga For Teens - Ages 13-17:
Tuesdays 4:00pm-5:00pm
- Yoga For Children - Ages 8-12:
Thursdays 4:00pm-5:00pm
