Stress buster exercise techniques increase an awareness of personal reaction to stress and build a sense of control and mastery over the stressors in one’s life. These exercises are great for concentration, mental agility, physical strength, flexibility, and overall health & wellness. A great program to relieve the daily stressors of life!


Small Intimate Stress Reduction / Yoga Classes


8 Weeks Program
Adult: $15 per class
Youth: $12 per class

  • Yoga For Adults:
    Tuesdays 12:00noon-1:00pm
    Thursdays 12:00noon-1:00pm
  • Yoga For Teens - Ages 13-17:
    Tuesdays 4:00pm-5:00pm
  • Yoga For Children - Ages 8-12:
    Thursdays 4:00pm-5:00pm
